Applications to British Primary and British Secondary and High School Sections for the academic year 2017-2018

If you wish to apply for a place in the British Primary Section or the British Secondary and High School Section of TES for the next academic year starting August 14th, 2017, please submit your application before February 24th, 2017. Selected candidates will be invited for assessments / a tryout / an interview from March to May, based on the school’s priority of places in its Admissions Policy.

The application form for each school section can be downloaded from our website (Admissions – Application forms). Please make sure you attach all the required documents and photos. Note that applications received after February 24th will only be considered for August entry if places are still available after all other applications have been processed.

Applications to the French Section for the academic year 2017-2018
If you wish to apply for a place at TES French Section for the next academic year starting August 2017, please submit your application as soon as possible. Limited places are available in our Primary and Secondary classes for 2017-2018.

A number of places in each of our classes are automatically reserved for French nationals and French speakers. Remaining places in our Petite Section class (3 years old) are allocated on a first come, first served basis. From Moyenne Section (4 years old) to Terminale (18 years old), selected non-French candidates are invited to attend try-out sessions/ interviews in March and April 2017. Initial offers of places are made in May 2017.

A note on FS language requirements: Applicants to PS do not need to speak French or English to secure a place in the French Section. Some English or French knowledge is an advantage for applicants to MS. From GS (5 years old) up, applicants must have a strong knowledge of either French or English. FAL (French as an additional language) and EAL classes are available for students who need support in one of the two languages of instruction at TES French Section. Applicants to FS Secondary must have some knowledge of French.

Applications to the German Section for the academic year 2017-2018
If you wish to apply for a place in the German Section for the next academic year starting August, 2017, please submit your application as soon as possible. Applications to the German Section are accepted throughout the year and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates may be required for interviews / in-class sessions / assessments based on availability.

A note on GS language requirements: For applications to the Kindergarten, applicants without knowledge of German can be considered. For applications to Klasse 1 and up, sufficient language skills are required . The language requirements are based on the Common European Framework for language learning as shown in the table in the application form.
